Wedding Management
Often known as a “day/month of coordinator”, except with us you will have support and access to us through out your entire planning process! We will become more involved to create your wedding day documents and coordinate with all of your vendors during the last 3-4 months of planning.
Hiring Riley Lou Events for month of coordinator was the best decision I ever made! Danielle went above and beyond, handled every important detail no matter how big or small months in advance (she got in contact with every single vendor, reviewed every contract, and began her planning the day she was hired). She was well organized, took initiative, thought of details I missed and even helped find last minute floral and drove hours with all of my centerpieces so I could avoid a travel fee. She really helped alleviate the stress of coordinating, handled the execution of our dream wedding, but also made sure she knew exactly what I expected on my big day. The day of the wedding Danielle and her team orchestrated everything perfectly! Minor things went wrong (as they will) but I didn't even find out about them until after it was taken care of. I cannot recommend Danielle and her team enough!!
