It is really important that you and your planner/coordinator vibe well together because you will be working really closely with them. Luckily for me Rae was one of those people that I just instantly felt comfortable with. Honestly, I have been so lucky to have so many wonderful brides, but it just seemed really easy with Rae. I first met her and her sweet momma for coffee and I was instantly excited about her wedding. This girl had a POWER POINT PRESENTATION!!! I loved her vision and organization!

Rae and her awesome new hubby Kyle got married at Lonesome Pine Event Center, which unfortunately is no longer a venue. They had a huge bridal suite that was really pretty. The groom's suit also had a pool table, which was a hit with the groomsmen.

Rae's beautiful dress came from Main Street Bridal. She accessorized it with boots and this adorable jacket that said wifey on the back. It was so cute!

Something else great about their venue was that they were able to access the venue on Friday for set-up and rehearsal. Rae and Kyle had a whole team of people who came out to help them set up! It was amazing how many people came out to help them, you could tell that they are well loved. Her family already had linens and Rae made all of the table runners herself. The rest of her centerpieces came from Confetti Rentals. She had four different styles of centerpieces and it looked beautiful. I think a variety of centerpieces really adds to the look of the reception. They also had a large wooden photo wall that they styled with a neon sign of their last name and a balloon garland. It looked great! I think Rae was a little nervous about the balloons, but her sister and sister-in-law made an awesome garland and it looked great!

Look how cute they are! In their engagement pictures Rae was wearing her grandfather's hat. Then on the wedding day Kyle wore her grandfather's vest and jacket. They did such a great job incorporating unique touches to really make their day special.

Another special touch that they included was a small picture on Kyle's boutonnière. Kyle's mom had passed away and they wanted to make sure that they did some special things to honor her memory. The little picture on the boutonnière was really special. They also placed a rose on a chair in her honor at their ceremony.

Look at this detail picture! Its so beautiful! Rae had amazing florals from Cone Flower Designs. I loved her bouquet.

Rae got the inspiration from another one of my brides to have a branding ceremony. It turned out really good and it is a great keepsake for them to display in their brand new home.

The father daughter pictures are always some of my favorites! My own dad is so special to me, and I just love seeing the fathers on wedding days. Rae's dad was awesome!

I also loved the pattern on this cake. I thought it was super unique and really pretty. The dried florals were provided by Rae and Lily from Lily's Cakes added them when she delivered the cake. It looked great!

She's so gorgeous and the lighting is just perfect! Love these pictures.

Their reception was a lot of fun! Lots of dancing and laughing. Her friends and family definitely came ready to celebrate. There was even some karaoke at one point!

They had a beautiful sparkler exit to end the night! It was such a great wedding and we are so happy for the new Mr. & Mrs. Williams.
